This page explains how to request deletion of your Hosanna account and associated account data.
Delete your account in the app
You can delete your account directly in the Hosanna app by following these steps:
1. Sign in to your account.
2. Open the Account tab.
3. Select Edit Account.
4. Tap Delete Account.

What is deleted
When an account deletion request is completed in Hosanna, linked account records are deleted and personal account fields are overwritten or deidentified before the user account is soft-deleted.
Newsletter subscription data may be managed separately from the Hosanna account system. To stop newsletter emails, use the unsubscribe link included in the newsletter email.
Deletion timeline
Deletion requests are completed within 30 days of the request being submitted.

Some limited information may be retained where required by law or where permitted for legitimate operational, security, fraud-prevention, or compliance purposes.
