Before settling in Albuquerque, New Mexico, Jerry and Anet served as itinerant missionaries in the western United States.

His leadership has been key in driving the ministry's focus on Vision 2033—a goal to ensure that every person can have access to God's Word in a language and format they understand.

Mel holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from the Anderson School of Management at the University of New Mexico and has been Faith Comes By Hearing’s chief financial officer since 2004.
Before joining the ministry, he served as chief financial officer and secretary/treasurer for several major construction firms, responsible for more than $50 million in annual revenues.
Under Mel’s financial leadership, Faith Comes By Hearing has been a top-ranked charity with Charity Navigator for 17 consecutive years.
Mel holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from the Anderson School of Management at the University of New Mexico and has been Faith Comes By Hearing’s chief financial officer since 2004.
As Chief Innovation and Global Strategy Officer, Joshua Mee leads FCBH’s innovation, technology, production, logistics, and research efforts by aligning strategy, systems, and teams to scale Scripture availability and access worldwide. He empowers teams to use and develop their God-given gifts to advance the mission of getting God's Word to everyone. Joshua passionately values collaboration, creativity, and responsible stewardship and strives to ensure every initiative serves and honors the global church and extends the light of the Scriptures even to the most marginalized communities in the hardest-to-reach places.
Joshua spent nearly 9 years working in analytic linguistics and intelligence analysis before joining FCBH. He has shared 13 wonderful years of marriage with his wife Nancy. God has blessed them with three daughters and a son, and they love serving Christ together through the local church where Joshua also serves as a pastor. Joshua is fascinated by most things in creation and delights in passing that sense of wonder to his children and loved ones through spending time in nature.

Clay Jackson, the son of Faith Comes By Hearing's founder and president, has faithfully served the ministry since 1983. With a visionary mindset and a practical background in engineering, he has developed far-reaching strategies for Audio and Video Bible production and engagement, earning several patents through these efforts. In his role as the Board-appointed Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, Clay actively engages in nearly every aspect of Faith Comes By Hearing's global activities.
On the personal side, Clay has established separate businesses and non-profits designed to support ministry needs around the world, including manufacturing logistics operations throughout Asia. He co-founded a house church for international students and immigrants and serves as a board member for several other Christian organizations. Clay and his wife, Thuy, invest substantially in ministry work and are deeply involved in Scripture-based transformation initiatives in Vietnam, Thailand, Peru, and India. They also support orphans worldwide.
Clay has the ability to combine his engineering background with “big picture” visionary thinking in order to launch, grow, and maintain far-reaching strategies for Audio Bible production and distribution.
With over 25 years of experience in the non-profit sector and a decade of entrepreneurial expertise, Susan has a proven track record of fostering and maintaining financial growth. She oversees all donor and church engagement activities, aiming to secure essential funding for ministry needs. Additionally, Susan leads strategic planning and the execution of communication and marketing programs that support the ministry's goal of providing God's Word for every person. Her passion for generosity motivates others to join in the mission through giving. Since joining Faith Comes By Hearing in 2003, Susan has been dedicated to this cause. She and her husband live in Albuquerque, New Mexico.

Morgan Jackson is passionate about people hearing the Bible, working to ensure everyone on Earth may hear Scripture in their heart language by 2033. He has served at Faith Comes By Hearing for more than 40 years and is the ministry’s Senior Vice President.
The son of Faith Comes By Hearing founders Jerry and Anet Jackson, Morgan has traveled to more than 80 countries to build lifelong relationships with Kingdom-minded ministry leaders and supporters.
As a storyteller, Morgan transports listeners to villages, refugee camps, churches, and schools, demonstrating the personal impact of hearing God speak the language of the heart. He recently authored Enter the Story, a collection of these accounts of transformation from around the world.
Morgan and his wife Mary enjoy time with their three married children and eight grandchildren. They also love to camp, hike, and fish. If Morgan has a fishing pole in his hand, teaching a grandchild how to fish, it is a great day!

Alex’s greatest joy is to train, equip, and build capacity in local churches, agencies, and individuals to achieve Oral Bible Translation. Alex’s philosophy in ministry is to “Think big and pray big, and God will do the impossible.” Alex is blessed with a wonderful wife and two children.
