The event begins with a welcome reception at 6:30pm (MST) Thursday, September 26 and concludes following the Saturday, September 28 evening dinner program.
A breakfast buffet is provided Sunday, September 29 between 7:30am – 9:30am.
Free time will be provided on Friday and Saturday afternoons to enjoy the peaceful serenity of the resort or explore the surrounding area.

Dress for the entire event is business casual.
Hotel check-in begins at 4:00pm and hotel check-out begins at 11:00am. Overnight parking is complimentary for the duration of your stay.
