The event begins with a welcome reception at 6:30pm (MDT) Thursday, October 19 and concludes following the Saturday, October 21 evening dinner program.
A breakfast buffet is provided Sunday, October 22 between 8:00am – 9:30am.
Free time will be provided on Friday and Saturday afternoons to enjoy the peaceful serenity of the resort or explore the surrounding area.

Dress for the entire event is business casual. On Saturday evening, please celebrate our CHOSEN to Run theme by wearing black or white.
Hotel check in 4:00pm; check out 11:00am. Overnight parking is complimentary for the duration of your stay.
