The event begins with a welcome reception at 5:00pm (MST) Thursday, October 23 and concludes following the Saturday, October 25 evening dinner program.

Following the welcome reception there will be a special theatrical premiere at 7:00pm.

An optional breakfast buffet is provided Sunday, October 26 between 7:30am – 9:30am.

Free time will be provided on Friday and Saturday afternoons to relax or to explore the vibrant and exciting attractions along the San Antonio Riverwalk.

Guests will receive complimentary rooms at the Hyatt Regency San Antonio Riverwalk for the nights of Thursday, October 23; Friday, October 24; and Saturday, October 25. Additional nights may be arranged through Faith Comes By Hearing and financially covered by attendee. (Group Rate of $249.00 ++ p/night)

Hotel check-in begins at 4:00pm and hotel check-out begins at 11:00am. Self-Parking is $45.00 for a 24-hour period. Valet parking is $57.00 with in and out privileges.
