Faith Comes By Hearing, the world’s premier Audio Bible ministry, announces the availability of five new Audio New Testament Recordings.

Audio Bibles are suiting up.  Hundreds of student athletes across college campuses are listening to God’s Word in audio.  In fact, student athletes from more than 20 major universities, including Auburn, Stanford, Rutgers and Virginia Tech, will listen through the entire New Testament as part of a campaign called You’ve Got The Time.  In this volunteer Bible listening initiative, participants listen through the entire New Testament by devoting 28 minutes a day for only 40 days.

As Faith Comes By Hearing’s You've Got The Time Albuquerque campaign increases in interest, reach and impact, home grown promotion is spreading God’s Word to our community.

Audio Bibles are stirring up Albuquerque churches as they listen to God’s Word.

“We started the listening program for the second time on January 6,” said Pastor Bryan Hackett from Edgewood Believers Fellowship.  “Our last day of listening will be Valentine’s Day, so we are looking at this project as if we’re reading our ‘Letter of Love from Dad’,” he said.

New listeners commented on how the audio drama format brought clarity to their time in the Bible.

“The dramatized version helped me hear things that I have missed while reading God’s Word,” said one New Hope Northwood church-goer.

Faith Comes By Hearing, the world’s largest Audio Bible ministry, has just announced the availability of 10 new languages and 12 new Audio New Testament Recordings through their website.  These new Audio Bible recordings are created through partnerships with Bible societies, translation ministries, foundations, churches, and donors worldwide.

Audio Bibles are being given out and downloaded by the thousands in Albuquerque and its surrounding communities.  In fact, area churches have distributed more than 8,500 Audio Bibles in MP3 format to their congregations, challenging them to listen through the whole New Testament in 40 days.  More than 1,700 people have also downloaded their free New Testament from the website.

“Do You Have the Time?” read a front page article in the West Side Journal, an edition of Albuquerque’s leading daily paper.
