Testimony From Nepal - Maoist Conversion

This testimony is told by Dhan, FCBH Team, Nepal:
Netra (not his real name) was born into a Buddhist family and lives in a remote area of Nepal. For ten years, he was a leader in the Maoist army, strong and proud, involved in killing and bombing people. He was against Jesus Christ and persecuted Christians just like Saul did before his conversion.
Then one day he witnessed the healing of a neighbor who had been sick for many years. He learned to trust in God, left the Maoist party, and began attending church. Three weeks after he started attending the FCBH listening sessions in the church, his heart was touched and humbled, and he accepted Jesus Christ as his Savior. Three months later he decided to be baptized.
Now the members of his family – his two sons, four daughters, one older brother and five sisters – are all Christians!  He goes throughout the marketplaces, the villages and the mountains sharing his personal testimony.
Netra’s Maoist friends and neighbors are surprised by the great changes that have taken place in his life. Nowadays, he carries a Bible and shares God’s Word because of what he has learned from listening to the Nepali New Testament.
Glory and praise to God for the work going on in Nepal through the FCBH program! The Word of God is being spread throughout the country just like Paul preached. Thanks to our Father God and to Faith Comes By Hearing and to all who give their lives for His Kingdom.
