Regional Manager for the Former Soviet Union (CIS)

Description: Develops & nurtures productive interpersonal & working relationships w/ field partners thru effective & culturally sensitive written/oral communication; promotes, negotiates and coordinates FCBH Audio Bible projects; ensures FCBH reports are provided to Development & Communications personnel; oversees all budgetary activities for our listening programs; supervises development of comprehensive funding needs assessment; provides consultation to Language Recording Division by seeking new recording opportunities with partners and assisting in communication and problem resolution with the recording centers; provides/coordinates translation services as needed; supervises Hosanna support staff & regional field coordinators. Requires min. 4 yrs experience in mgmt plus B.A. or equivalent experience. Knowledge of the region’s culture, economy, people groups, etc. is essential. Preference given to candidates with missions/int’l business experience. Russian language fluency required. Requires strong interpersonal, organizational, analytical & PC skills; ability to travel internationally est. at 6 times per year.
Salary: $5122.70/month

Major Donor Representative

Description: Responsible for sharing Hosanna’s mission to donors, prospective donors, groups and foundations to generate funding for our international work. Duties include identifying, soliciting and cultivating annual, sustained capital campaigns and major gifts; fostering relationships with donors; implementing development networks to assist in marketing & solicitation; participation in special fundraising and ministry awareness events; regular communication with our Development, International & Marketing departments and meeting annual revenue/performance expectations. Requirements include extensive experience as a professional fundraiser, proven track record of securing $100K+ major gifts, good organizational skills, computer literacy, strong familiarity with Christian denominations and exceptional interpersonal & communication skills. Domestic travel estimated at 12 days/month.
