Troy LOVE is taking a cross-country bike ride
to raise money for 1,000 Proclaimers®
- Troy's cross-country ride will start in Key West, Flordia and will end in Bar Harbor, Maine.
- The 33-day trip will start June 1, 2012 and will cover 2,636 miles and ends on July 3, 2012.
- All proceeds will be donated to Faith Comes By Hearing, going directly to the sponsorship of Proclaimers® which will be used to start Audio Bible listening programs around the world.
"My name is Troy LOVE. I'm a 46-year-old husband, father, police officer and veteran with a passion for those who don't know Jesus as their personal Savior.
Over the years, I have traveled to different countries on short-term mission trips and developed my own mission to share Christ's Word throughout the world."
Troy's Story
"I had a goal to run across the United States, but on February 17, 2010, I required a total knee replacement due to multiple injuries to my left knee. This stopped my dream of running.
God is so good though, because He then planted a seed in my heart to bicycle across the United States and raise money to purchace Proclaimers® to share the Gospel. After research and planning, the seed is in full growth.
Another blessing God has given me is the involvement of my daughter, Whitney. Whitney will be in charge of the logistics during my ride.
GOD has clearly shown me where He wants me in this season of my life. My prayer for you is that you keep your eyes and ears open for Christ’s call in your life."
